Issue Summary

Inline comments on a Confluence page are getting resolved with the reason that the text was deleted, but the text was NOT deleted and is still present on the published page.

Resolved because highlighted text was deleted by <User-xyz>

Steps to Reproduce

The issue is intermittent

1. have a published page, add an inline comment
2. open the page in the editor, go and make a change to a section of the page
3. Publish the page
4. The inline comment is resolved because the text was removed.

Expected Results

The only change to the page is the edited text or the formatting is changed  and comments don't resolve with that.

Actual Results

Inline comments made on the published page in the same session are resolved due to the text they are attached to being removed.

Also, the restore option is not working. "Add comment" is greyed out, so users can't attach the comment to other area.

Workaround

Currently, there is no workaround available rather than manually adding the comments again.
