Problem

The Karma Page Builder app does not function correctly on the Confluence iOS app, rendering a blank screen instead of the expected content.

Environment

• Application: Confluence iOS App
• Affected App: Karma ⭐️ Confluence Page Builder ⭐️ Content Formatting FREE
• Platform: iOS devices
• Also tested on: Mobile web browser (works as expected)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Confluence app on an iOS device.
2. Navigate to a page that includes the Karma Page Builder macro.
3. Observe the display.

Expected Results

The macro content should display correctly within the Confluence iOS App, using a built-in mobile web browser.

Actual Results

A blank screen is displayed instead of the macro content within the Confluence iOS app.

Workaround

Users can access the content by using a mobile web browser instead of the Confluence iOS app.

Notes

• This issue was previously fixed in late 2024 but has reoccurred since late 2025.
• The problem is isolated to the Confluence iOS app; the macro works as expected on the mobile web browser.
