Summary

After switching to Custom Domains, customers are reporting that clicking on Jira link in the Jira link Counter on a Confluence page leads to a "The provided url is not included in the whitelist!"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable Custom domain for Jira
2. Add a Jira link to a Confluence page
3. Publish page
4. Click on the Jira issue in the Jira Issue Counter

Expected Results

• Redirected to the Jira issue that is linked

Actual Results

• Page will show the following message: "The provided url is not included in the whitelist!"

Workaround

• Contact Atlassian support to allowlist the Jira customer domain URL from the Configuration backend.
