Issue Summary
Environment: Confluence Cloud integration with Jira DC (On-prem) environment using tunnel
Adding a direct link from a Jira issue and publishing the page shows at the top of the pager one Jira link counter. Hitting the issue link from the list of issues should open the issue on another tab, but it is failing with "The provided URL is not included in the whitelist!"
Steps to Reproduce
- Tunnel configured between Jira DC and Confluence Cloud
- Application link created using this tunnel
- Create a Confluence page
- Paste an issue link on the page https://xxx.atlassian.com/browse/SCRUM-4
- Publish the page
- Click the issue link - observe that it will open the issue link correctly on another tab https://xxx.atlassian.com/browse/SCRUM-4

- Click the Jira link Counter at the top of the page
- It will show a small window with a list of issues
- Hit the link for SCRUM-4
Expected Results
It should open the issue on another tab with the same link https://xxx.atlassian.com/browse/SCRUM-4
Actual Results
The link is redirecting from Confluence Cloud to Jira https://xyxyxy.atlassian.net/wiki/plugins/servlet/jira-metadata/redirect?u=https%3A%2F%2Fxxx.atlassian.com%2Fbrowse%2FSCRUM-4&t=ISSUES and fails with "The provided URL is not included in the whitelist!"
Har file shows HTTP Error 403 for the redirect request.
