Issue Summary
When a user accepts an invite to Atlassian Cloud site, there's a delay of up to 24h for their status to reflect on the Admin Users page. This is being tracked on ID-8559.
The problem is this is blocking admins to share pages with "invited" users who already access the site because the Search in the Share menu does not return users that have the "invited" status.
Steps to Reproduce
- Invite a guest to your site and grant them access to a space
- Make sure they already accessed your site
- Try to share a page with them by hitting the Share button on a page and entering their name in the search menu
Expected Results
The user should be visible in the search menu since they have already accessed the site.
Actual Results
The user is not appearing in the search menu because they are under the "invited" status, even though they have already accessed the site. This may be due to the delay of up to 24 hours for their status to reflect on the Admin Users page.
Workaround
Currently, the workaround would be to copy and paste the page URL in order to share it with the user through another platform, email, message, etc.
