Issue Summary

Users have been reporting that Jira macros within a Confluence site are failing to load.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page.
2. Add a Jira macro to it.
3. Publish the page.

Expected Results

The macros should work consistently.

Actual Results

The macros are unstable. Users are seeing the following message when accessing Confluence pages with Jira macros:

Refresh didn't work. Try again or click an issue to see it in JIRA.

Sometimes, the issues will not load and will keep with a Loading issues message.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
