Description
Issue Summary
Currently, anonymous users are unable to set a status do page.
Steps to Reproduce
- As an anonymous user, create a page in a Confluence Cloud space that's being shared with Anonymous Access
- Select "Set page status"
- There's only the option to create a custom status - try to add it
Expected Results
Anonymous users should be able to select a status for the page.
Actual Results
Anonymous users cannot select a status for the page. Even though there's only the option to add a custom status, not even this is working and an error message gets displayed:
java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke \"com.atlassian.confluence.user.ConfluenceUser.getAccountIdAsString()\" because \"user\" is null", "path": [ "availableContentStates"

Workaround
Currently, the workaround would be to ask for a logged-in user to add the status to the page. But, at this moment, only custom status can be used on pages created by anonymous users (CONFCLOUD-78384).
