Issue Summary

On some pages, inline comments do not show the correct number of inline comments on the page and just show "1 of 0". When this issue is present on a page, the keyboard shortcuts "N" and "P" for going through the other comments do not work, and so does manually clicking on the up and down arrows in the inline comments popup.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to one of the affected pages (currently no info on how to recreate the affected page scenario)
2. Click on one of the inline comments

Expected Results

The counter for inline comments is accurate and the keyboard shortcuts are working

Actual Results

The counter for inline comments is showing "1 of 0" and the keyboard shortcuts are not working

Workaround

• Recreate the page itself and add the comments again
