Missing scrollbar when re-editing Created vs Resolved Chart Macro

Issue Summary

We need to hit "Tab" multiple times until the page scrolls down and we are able to visualize the others parameters and the "Save" and "Cancel" buttons.
Most of the users do not know how to move to another field hitting the "Tab", so they are forced to delete the macro and create again.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add the macro "Created vs Resolved Chart";
2. Select a project or filter on the "Quick Find" parameter";
3. Set the "Refresh Interval" to "Every 15 Minutes"
3. Make sure the Preview works as expected;
4. Save the macro and the page;
5. Edit the page and the macro again;
6. Hit the small cog icon at the botton to edit the configuration;

7. Change the 'Refresh Interval" back to "never"

Expected Results

• Scroll down the window or resize it to reach the 'Refresh Interval' parameter;
• Change the value to "never";
• Hit the SAVE button for the configuration;
• Make sure the Preview works as expected;
• Hit the SAVE button to save the macro changes.

Actual Results

• The 'Refresh interval' parameter and the 'Cancel' and 'Save' buttons for the configuration were not visible;
• There is no way to resize the window;
• There is no scrollbar.
• No intituite way to reach the botton of the configuration window.

Workaround

• Hit "Tab" moving the cursor from field to field on the Configuration window, until it scroll down and the botton of the window is visible.
