Issue Summary
In a few instances, using "current order" from the page tree in the display options does not reflect the page tree structure established in the Space settings.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Page Tree with a depth level of more than 2 or 3 children's pages
- Edit the Child Pages macro "Display" options to "Current" which should reflect the current page tree hierarchy
- The pages from the 2nd level of depth will not reflect the current page tree hierarchy of the page.
Expected Results
- When pages are re-arranged without using the "Current" option in the Macro's options, the Pages listed should reflect the Page tree order set in the Space settings - reorder section.
Actual Results
After setting the sorting to "current" order the pages in the 2n level of depth and below will not be ordered correctly.
Workaround
You can leverage the use of the Page Tree macro: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-page-tree-macro/
Note: This issue isn't reproducible on all Confluence cloud instances.
