• Current behaviour:
  Users or Confluence has to manually disable public links on newly created spaces on a site

Expected behaviour:
There should be a setting to disable public links for the newly created spaces. Admin doesn't have to watch for each and every space to disable this feature whenever a new space gets created

Request background:
You can Prevent public links in Security policy. It would be preferable if it could be checked and managed the current status of public links in the whole environment in advance of turning on this policy.
