Issue Summary
Confluence site backup files of 4-5 GB are problematic to be downloaded.
Confluence cloud backup zip file can't be downloaded consistently on BYOK-enabled instances. It stops randomly after downloading the file partly (e.g. 300 MB)
The downloaded file is corrupted and can't be opened:
Steps to Reproduce
- Enter the confluence Backup Manager section (https://<instance_name>.atlassian.net/wiki/plugins/servlet/ondemandbackupmanager/adminn)
- Create backup for cloud
- Download the backup zip file
Expected Results
The backup zip file will be completely downloaded and can be properly extracted/opened.
Actual Results
Backup file will be only partly downloaded. Furthermore, the zip file is corrupted.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
