      Issue Summary

Confluence site backup files of 4-5 GB are problematic to be downloaded.

Confluence cloud backup zip file can't be downloaded consistently on BYOK-enabled instances. It stops randomly after downloading the file partly (e.g. 300 MB)

The downloaded file is corrupted and can't be opened:

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Enter the confluence Backup Manager section (https://<instance_name>.atlassian.net/wiki/plugins/servlet/ondemandbackupmanager/adminn)
      2. Create backup for cloud
      3. Download the backup zip file

      Expected Results

The backup zip file will be completely downloaded and can be properly extracted/opened.

      Actual Results

Backup file will be only partly downloaded. Furthermore, the zip file is corrupted.

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
