Possibility to display link text on Smart Links to users who don't have access to the page

      Hello team,

      Currently, the use of Smart Links are really helpful to customers. However, for those users that don't have access to view the page or anonymous users, the link text like the page title are not being displayed.

      It would be awesome to have the possibility to display the Link Text to unlicensed users or users who also don't have access to view.
