Issue Summary

When exporting a page that has the Children Display macro, it will appear blank.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page.
2. Add the children display macro.
3. Export the page to PDF.

Expected Results

The children display macro doesn't show in the PDF export. 

Actual Results

The place on the page where there should be the macro appears empty.

Workaround

Users can export the page using the browser's option.

Additional workarounds:

• Export the page to Word format.
• Manually set the "Sort Children By" selection each time the Child Pages macro is used.
