Issue Summary
Guests Confluence user is not counted in the External users count on Atlassian's Admin Hub.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to the External users page on Admin Hub (https://admin.atlassian.com/o/<OrgID>/external-users) and take note of the number of external users.
- Add Guests Confluence user to your Site
- Give them Confluence access
- Navigate to the External users page on Admin Hub (https://admin.atlassian.com/o/<OrgID>/external-users) to check the external users count.
Expected Results
The external users number increased upon adding a new guests Confluence user.
Actual Results
The external users number remain.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
