      Problem Definition

Guest users, identified as "external-collaborators", are currently unable to change the default site in the Confluence iOS app. The app does not invoke "external-collaborator" permissions with accessible products, which means guest users' sites are not visible in the Site Switcher. This limitation can hinder collaborative efforts and may inconvenience teams that heavily rely on guest users accessing specific Confluence spaces on their iPads.

      Suggested Solution

To address this issue, it's proposed that the Confluence iOS app should be improved to support "external-collaborator" permissions. This would allow guest users to see their assigned sites in the Site Switcher and switch to the correct site.

      Workaround

For the time being, guest users may need to resort to using the web version of Confluence on their iPads instead of the iOS app. While this is not an ideal solution, it should allow them to access the correct Confluence spaces until improvements can be made to the iOS app.
