Issue Summary

Site import is failing to clear the tables prior to importing. The UI shows - "Exception occurred during import: Error importing site"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a site backup from one cloud instance
2. Import site data into another cloud instance

Expected Results

Importing the backup data works 

Actual Results

The below exception is thrown in the log file:

Error happened when importing Cannot clean data in tables before import 

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
