      Why this is important

      • Admins would like users to get notified as soon as an event happens in Confluence.

            - Implement an Admin feature to opt-out users from the Daily Digest Notifications

            - Admins would like users to get notified as soon as an event happens in Confluence.

            h3. Workaround
            - Users can manually unsubscribe from the Daily Digest from the user email settings (https://SITE.atlassian.net/wiki/users/viewmyemailsettings.action)
