Ability to create restricted pages report

      Description

      Currently, a Site or Space admin can view the restricted pages in the 'Restricted menu' under Space settings. So if a new user or site admin joins the team and would like to review all the restricted pages in the site, he needs to navigate to the individual spaces to get this data.

      Suggested Resolution

      Provide an option to show a consolidated view of all the restricted pages.
