Issue Summary

It's currently possible to assign tasks to Guest Users, however when using the Task Report macro it does not allow to define the Assignee filter as a Guest user since the User Picker doesn't include guests.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a Task Report macro to a page
2. Try to define any known guest user for the instance as an Assignee filter

Expected Results

Specific Guest user is displayed in the User Picker to be selected and filter results

Actual Results

No result including Guests displayed to be selected

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
