Issue Summary
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)
The customer is facing an issue with custom emojis, they aren't displayed in the Word or PDF Export. Instead, it shows ":flow1:", ":flow2:" etc.
Customers have an Issue when Exporting some Pages to a PDF or Word, that it doesn't print the Icons / Symbols from the PDF
It looks like in PDF Word (it shows the Icon as flow1: or :flow2: and you see how it actually looks like in Confluence with the Symbols.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a page and include a custom icon
- Publish the page
- Export the page to PDF/Word
Expected Results
It should display properly in the PDF export
Actual Results
It looks like in PDF Word (it shows the Icon as flow1: or :flow2: and you see how it actually looks like in Confluence with the Symbols.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
