Issue Summary
Non-logged-in users are receiving an error message upon trying to view the labels section or the comments of a page that's being shared publicly.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a space and some pages within that space
- Add labels to these pages
- Share the space publicly by granting the View All permission to anonymous users in the Space Permissions page
- Enable Anonymous Access in the Global Permissions from Confluence settings
Expected Results
The users should be able to access the pages that are being shared with them and also see the labels and comments section without any errors.
Actual Results
The users can access the pages that are being shared with them but cannot see the labels and comments section because there are some errors:
- Labels:
Labels didn’t load. Refresh to try again.
- Comments section: 49v538, 7kni4v, r2u4nn
We’ve hit a snag
The issue should resolve on its own, but if it keeps happening, ask your admin to contact our support team and give them:- The URL of this page
- The code associated with this error: 7kni4v
Refresh page
