Issue Summary

Accented characters do not appear properly, eg "á" is "á" in jira issue macro

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a user on the site with the name having accented characters eg. Tomáš
2. Create a Jira issue from this user account
3. Add a Jira issue macro on the confluence page to fetch the Jira issue created by this user 
4. Select the display format = Table

Expected Results

The Jira macro should load the user name properly

Actual Results

The accented characters are not displayed properly. Example screenshot attached. 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
