Issue Summary

If a Space has over 2000 (current limit) pages, it falls back to the older PDF export service.
This service fails to export the Space if there's ~1000+ attachments, and hangs the export at 50%.

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to space with more than 1000 attachments.
Perform a Full PDF export.

Expected Results

Export finished successfully.

Actual Results

The export falls back to the older PDF export service as there's more than 1k content in the Space.
Export stuck at 50 % with the message Begin conversion of Intermediate HTML to PDF.

Workaround

Perform a custom export with a minimal number of pages to reduce the number of attachments in the export file.
- When trying the custom export, please export the Restricted pages separately, as these pages will not be added to the export.
