Issue Summary

Copying page fails when a page is migrated from on-premise to Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set up publish conditions based on a content property (can use the example app I provided)
2. Migrate page(s) from on-prem to Cloud
3. Attempt to copy a page and publish the copied page

Expected Results

Publish uninterrupted and publish condition dialog/event is triggered.

Actual Results

Error message flag saying: Unable to process request

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
