Issue Summary

Convert page to blog fails when fetching backing draft

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new page that has a fulfilled publish condition
2. Publish the page; now you’re out of the Editor and in the Renderer
3. Using the ellipsis menu on the page, convert the page to a blog post

Expected Results

Page converts to a blog post

Actual Results

Error message saying:

We had an issue publishing the blog.

Refresh the page and try again.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
