Allow the fabric new editor to be full screen in edit mode

Issue Summary

The editor doesn't show the full screen when in edit mode. The width of the fabric editor is maxed at 1800px. On the legacy editor, edit mode would allow you to edit with the full screen.

With screen resolutions improving this creates a white padding of unused space

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new page with each editor
2. Add an expand macro to visibly see the full width
3. Use the dev inspect tools to replicate
4. Select the Toogle device toolbar and set to responsive
5. Adjust the width 

Expected Results

The width would remain full screen as it did in the legacy editor

Actual Results

The width is capped at 1800px creating a white padding of unused space

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
