Issue Summary

With FF pdf.export.space.v2 enabled, PDF export does not include Page Title, Header, Footer etc

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page.
2. Add some content to it and publish the page.
3. Add a PDF stylesheet and header, Footer, and title in the space settings 
4. Export this page from space settings.
5. The PDF export does not contain the Title or header or footer.

Expected Results

The Exported PDF should contain a Title, Header Footer, etc

Actual Results

The Exported PDF doesnot contain Title, Header and Footer etc
