Issue Summary

• The new PDF export had an issue where it failed to run if IP Allowlisting is enabled.
  • CONFCLOUD-74649
• This is fixed for individual page PDF exports.
  • Issue persist for Space PDF export using the new service.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have IP Allowlisting configured and enabled for Confluence.
2. Attempt to export any page to PDF.
   • Works as expected.
3. Attempt to export the entire Space to PDF.
   • The PDF export fails right away with this message.

   • Unable to export PDF.

Expected Results

• PDF export for Spaces should work even with IP allowlisting enabled.

Actual Results

• Space cannot be exported to PDF if IP allowlisting is enabled.
• The below message is seen in the network request.

  The IP address has been rejected because it is not on the allowedlist
  

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
