Summary

On Confluence Cloud, currently it is not possible to personalize email notifications, and we're tracking the interest of customers of being able to do so on CONFCLOUD-40684, for example, where it was suggested the ability to create and edit email templates through an email editor.

Having that in mind, this feature request is specifically to suggest ability to add an image, for example, the company logo, to the footer of all emails notifications sent from Confluence Cloud, similar to an email signature. 

Solution

It would be nice to grant the ability to personalize email notifications to add the logo in the email's footer on messages sent from the instance (sender: <confluence@SITE-NAME.atlassian.net>).
