Description
Issue Summary
For customers with very large user base and/or group memberships (number of user-group associations), sandbox provisioning and reset fails due to crowd sync (internal Confluence-platform IDP sync) taking too long to process.
Steps to Reproduce
For a very large org (110K+ user base) or many group memberships (e.g. 1M+ group memberships)
- Create a confluence sandbox
- Sandbox creation will fail [need details]
Expected Results
Sandbox creation should succeed
Actual Results

The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

Workaround
For every sandbox creation/data reset, work with support eng who will follow our internal documentation for manual intervention.
