Description
Issue Summary
When a user is added to a Confluence site there is a significant delay in them gaining access to the site. It can take up to several hours before they can successfully login. When trying to login they are presented with the errors "Too many redirects" and "You're almost there".
Steps to Reproduce
- Grant Confluence site access to a new user
- Ask the new user to login
- Have the new user try to access Confluence
- The page will try to load and end with the errors "Too many redirects" and "You're almost there"
Expected Results
User should be able to login to Confluence shortly after being added to the site.
Actual Results
User receives the errors "Too many redirects" and "You're almost there", after some time, often a couple hours, they are able to successfully login.
