Issue Summary

The site title, headers, and footers in Confluence Cloud are broken with multibyte characters. This affects all customers who use multibyte characters.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access to [General Configuration]
2. Select [edit] and enter some multibyte characters like “テスト“
3. Select [save]

Expected Results

Ability to display multibyte characters correctly

Actual Results

broken with multibyte characters.

Workaround

there is no known workaround for this behavior. Currently working to fix the issue.
