Allow Approved Domains to add Confluence Guest Users

Issue Summary

When an Org Admin accesses the User Access Settings -> Approved Domains -> Add Domains. It does not provide the option to grant Confluence Guest User product access roles.

Many large scale customers would like the ability to grant users, with a specific domain, Confluence Guest roles.
