Provide an option so that the Confluence administrator can configure granular email settings at the site level

Problem Definition

Currently, a user can configure the below configurations in their Email settings.

Autowatch
Subscribe to daily updates
Subscribe to all blog posts
Subscribe to network
Subscribe to new follower notifications
Notify on my actions
Subscribe to a daily digest
Show changed content
Subscribe to recommended updates
Subscribe to likes/reactions on my content
 

However, the administrator may prefer to configure these options at the site level.

Suggested Solution

Provide an option so that Confluence email settings can also be configured by the administrator at the site or Org level.
