Issue Summary

Legacy editor Image Macros on a page converted to the New editor do not display in include page macro.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1: Convert a legacy editor page that had attached images created before the new editor to the new editor.
2. Step 2 Check to make sure the new editor does not allow you to edit the image macro on the converted page
3. attempt to display the page on another page using the include page macro

Expected Results

The images are displayed in the include page macro

Actual Results

The images are not displayed or are shown as unable to be displayed.

Workaround

Only known workaround is to re-attach the images on the page using the new editor.
