Admin to control the synchronization of users and groups within the sites of the same organization that uses Atlassian Access

      The current functionality is that the users and groups will be synchronized into all the sites in the organization that is using the Atlassian Access.

      It would be helpful to be able to configure on a site level within an organization, if the groups synced from the identity providers will be synced within the site or not (and the default should be not) so an Admin can decide if it will happen or not.

       

      Background:

      We are under Enterprise plan and we have a combination of larger and smaller sites that could end up in the same organization, so even for the smaller one (Less than 200 users), all the users i.e. 16000 users and 35k groups from the larger instance will be synchronized because of using Atlassian access. This results in unnecessary maintenance for smaller instances.
