Issue Summary
Confluence pages created from Jira or JSM using a template do not display the images, showing the error "Preview Unavailable".
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)
Steps to Reproduce
- Make sure to have Confluence and Jira products on the same site
- Create a new space on Confluence;
- Create a template in the space with an image
- Create a new project in Jira (software project for example)
- Create a new rule in Jira automation to trigger create page using the template
- Run the rule
- new page is created
Expected Results
New page to display the image
Actual Results
No image is displayed.

Hi, is there an update on this? We would like to use templates for instructional purposes and need images to assist users in knowing what to do. Adding images manually is not a viable workaround for us. Thank you.
