Summary
When an app gets uninstalled in Confluence, its macros will still be in the "body" of the pages, displayed as "Unknown macro: macro-name".
The reason behind it is that uninstalling an app will not remove its content from pages, which also comes as a benefit to allow them to have the content back if the app gets re-installed.
Suggestion
This is a suggestion to have a method to see a full list of pages using such "unknown macros" in order to remove the placeholder in the case of being sure that the macro is no longer needed.
The closest workaround so far is to use the Macro usage feature of Confluence and look for the links that will point to the macro's name. However, if the admins do not know the macro parameters nor if a different macro is "unknown" (I.E. Migration from Server to Cloud - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-73039), this brings challenges in identifying them.
