The new page status feature is a great addition to Confluence but there is currently now way to create overviews of pages while showing their status.

A huge improvement would be the ability to:

Display the page status in macros that show lists of pages
Filter for certain statuses in the settings of a macro

Some macros where this could be included are:

content report table
children display
page properties report
content by label
...
