      Summary

By default, when a page is copied, it will not preserve the following:

      • Page history.
      • Author/last modifier metadata.
      • Date.
      • Attachment's author (as they will be "attached" by the user who is performing the copy).

      Suggestion

For certain scenarios where the original author authorizes it, having the copy preserve all the metadata could be useful to keep all properties of the page intact.

In scenarios where copying a page might also help as a workaround for issues or having the exact same content of the page in a different space, this could be a great feature as well.
