Ability to login into confluence as a JSM portal customer

JSM customers can access JSM-linked confluence spaces through JSM login but they can not access confluence directly without login to JSM.

Provide login/authentication option in confluence so user/customers shouldn’t have to go through JSM portal login, and just authenticate from that confluence page where they get “user don’t have access on confluence” message.

Replication Steps

• Add a user as a customer on your JSM project.
  
• User should not have any Product access:
  
• Link a space to JSM with the below permission:
  

Expected results

Customer authenticates to JSM/Confluence > can view KBA on the JSM portal > can access confluence.

Actual results

Customers unable to authenticate to Confluence and getting below

OR users don't have access to confluence.
