    Description

      Issue Summary

Currently, if customers select “all logged in users can view” for linked “JSM space” then all users who have site access can view that space in confluence (space level permissions will not work)
But Customer does not want to share these contents/spaces with all logged-in users,, it should be restricted to JSM project customers and users who have permission to view that space

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a space "Test A"
      2. Restrict space "Test A" to group "Test Group A"
      3. Link "Test A" to a service desk project and Allow "All logged in user" permissions

      Expected Results

"Test A" space should be visible to "Test Group A" and the JSM project portal customer.

It should not be available for all confluence users/"All logged-in users"

      Actual Results

If a JSM customer selects "All logged-in users" can view. This means that: * Logged in users of that service project can view articles without a Confluence license

      • All active Atlassian users can view these articles in the Confluence app (including non-JSM service project users)

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
