Add Borders and More background colors to Panels

      User Problem

      As a user I want Panel borders and additional colors so that I can highlight and distinguish important pieces of information on a page

      Suggested Solutions

      Add additional colors through an infinite color picker.
      Add border with different widths
      Add text fields under highlighted headings content similar to screenshot below

      Current Workarounds

      Custom Panels today have new color options
