Issue Summary

Legacy page or macro containing high number of Jira Issues Macros times out and thus rendering fails

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a legacy page with 100s of Jira Issues Macros (the exact number of Jira macros is not fixed and depends on other factors)
2. Attempt to view the page

Or

1. Use a Connect Macro or Confluence reporting macro (e.g. page include, page property report) that includes content that has many Jira Issues Macros
2. View the macro

Expected Results

Content loads

Actual Results

Content fails to load with error:

Error: Rendering this content exceeded the timeout of 30 seconds.

Workaround

For Legacy pages: convert them to the new editor. 

For macros, there is currently no workaround
