Issue Summary

Whenever we are creating content on Confluence, hyperlinks cannot be differentiated from surrounding text if the user is using some sort of accessibility extension.
The only way a colorblind or low vision person has to differ this content on pages is when they hover the mouse cursor over the text.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page;
2. Type a text, then highlight it to insert a hyperlink to somewhere in the web;
3. On a new line, insert some other text, then add formatting to it to be underscored, similar to a link;
4. Publish the page;
5. Use one of the supported screen readers from our documentation and read the page with one of them.

Expected Results

The hyperlinks are different than the surrounded text according to WCAG.

Actual Results

They are read as the same kind of content, unless you hover the mouse over the actual link.

Notes

• To make hyperlinks compliance with WCAG, we need to consider this:
  Understanding Success Criterion 1.4.1: Use of Color: explains that color should not be "used as the only visual means of conveying information, indicating an action, prompting a response, or distinguishing a visual element."

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
