      Issue Summary

      Typing in multibyte characters in page title causes it to be copied to the body

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Type multibyte characters in page title (e.g. Japanese)
      2. Press enter on the keyboard and the title is copied to the body of the page automatically.

      Expected Results

      The text should only be in the title of the page

      Actual Results

      The text in the title is copied to the body upon pressing the enter key

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
