Issue Summary

Typing multi-byte characters in a table duplicates the text in Safari. it doesn't happen in Chrome, Edge, Firefox.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page and insert a table
2. Type multi-byte characters such as Japanese in the table

Expected Results

The characters are entered and nothing else happens

Actual Results

The same characters will be entered below the one that is expected.

Workaround

• Use the browsers other than Safari.
