      Issue Summary

When the Livesearch macro is added to a page opened for public access, if the anonymous user attempts to add keywords for the search, the results will keep spinning:

This is not only happening with the Live Search macro. Any anonymous/non-logged-in user accessing a public space and attempting to perform a search on the Quick Search bar will get the following error.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. As an administrator, open Confluence for anonymous access.
      2. After that, make sure to change the space permissions to have anonymous access enabled (at least for a single space to be used).
      3. Create a page and add the Livesearch macro to it.
      4. Access the page as an anonymous user and insert some keywords to the macro.

      Expected Results

Suggestions for the keywords should be displayed.

      Actual Results

Only a spinning wheel/loading icon is displayed.

      Workaround

For anonymous users, hit "Enter/return" on the Livesearch, which will redirect the user to the search of Confluence.

For unlicensed users from the integration with Jira Service Management, there is no workaround available due to a bug that avoids the full search to work.
